The new multi-purpose facility was a collaborative effort between FUMC and Rose Construction in the Design-Build delivery method. Featuring a full commercial kitchen, a worship area with stage, and a gymnasium, the church was able to achieve a large value for its investment. Our team was able to design an exterior for a modern building that blended in perfectly with this over 100-year-old campus.
Church of God in Christ
The Church came to Rose with an idea and a budget. We were able to work together to make their new sanctuary a reality. By marrying the design team and the contractor early in the process, the team was able to achieve the congregation’s concepts while being able to be good stewards of the church’s budget.

For this design build Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall, Rose Construction used its in house crews for site, concrete, and Pre-Engineered Metal building erection. This allowed the owner more control over the schedule and quality. Rose’s large in-house work force means that they have a high level of expertise on staff.
