 Rose Construction was the general contractor for the Bayer CropScience facility at the Memphis Agricenter. The project encompasses site prep and a new greenhouse & headhouse facility of approximately 100,000 square feet total.  The greenhouse will feature 40,000 sq. ft. of growing space as well as headhouse and office area. The sustainable design that will have a reduced footprint by incorporating automation into the design, meaning less materials and a 40 percent reduction annually in natural gas and electricity consumption.

The Charms team knew exactly what they wanted when they needed to make an addition to their office and entrance. Through the design build process,  they were able to work together with our staff to make it a reality.  Rose Construction was able to help keep the offices open without interruption while adding on to this critical piece of Charm’s operations.
