3RD QUARTER 2018 UPDATE

As we wrap-up the 3rd Quarter and head into the home stretch of 2018, we have added several new exciting projects and are working to complete several others by year end (please keep reading below!).  With a focus on keeping our commitment to working safely and providing the best in quality product to our clients, we will be holding our end of 3rd Quarter All-Hands Company meetings this month.  In addition, we are partnering with our Insurance/Risk Management Consultants to conduct additional specific safety & quality training with all our Field Project Managers and Superintendents on Oct. 25th.

In our All-Hands Meeting this month we will also highlight the next part of our Mission Statement which reads:

We will place a priority on developing relationships that go beyond contractual.

Our reputation of honesty, integrity, and quality is sacred!

Being in business for 60+ years we know the value of relationships and want to keep this, and how we do business day in and day out, in the forefront of all that we do and at every position of our company.  We all have an opportunity in the work that we do with our clients to build and/or strengthen relationships!  If you are interested in learning more about our company and how we may help you in any way, please feel free to contact me directly s.norman@roseconstruction.com or visit our website at www.roseconstruction.com.

Lastly, our Special Projects and Industrial Teams continue to create new opportunities for us and want to highlight a few key projects – continuing to work at the Agricenter in Memphis, Lanxess in Millington, Switch Medical Memphis, AAA Cooper Transportations Memphis, and US Cold Storage in Covington!

Middle TN Project Highlights

David Curtze, Regional Vice President

Rose Construction Middle Tennessee has bid on several design build projects over the last several months.  We anticipate two of these repeat client projects to start design in November of this year and construction in late first to early second quarter.

Rose broke ground earlier this year on Dickson First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, located in Dickson, TN.  The steel is nearing completion and siding has started.  Hollow core planks for floors one and two are complete and the third floor will be set in the coming weeks.

Rose completed construction on the 34,000 sf Nashville Wire Bordeaux new paint line addition last month.  Phase II of this project has started with the demolition of existing equipment and will include a retrofit of the existing space.  The retrofit includes demolition of existing block partition walls, filling in a large pit and topping it off with a concrete slab, reconfiguring the existing steel to create isle ways, and adding additional steel to support the existing roof structure.

Rose has just broken ground on a Design Build project for Sunbelt Telehandler Rental division in North West Nashville near County Hospital Road.  The 22,000 sf building sits on 9 acres and will rent and service Sunbelt’s large telehandler equipment.

Annual Fish Fry & Dove Hunt – September 6, 2018

In early September we held our Annual Fish Fry & Dove Hunt in Covington, TN hosting clients, sub-contracting partners, Insurance partners, as well as community friends and family.  It was a great time of fellowship and of course some fantastic food!  We had several door prizes and the afternoon turned out great for the dove hunt as well.  Each year we look forward to this event and the opportunity to enjoy food and conversation in an excellent setting in Tipton County.  Thanks to all that attended, and we look forward to hosting those that couldn’t make it next year!
